About 4EverFit
4EverFit was founded by owner, Brenda Dahm Kashuba in 2001 with the dream of providing clients a private, "non-intimidating" environment to work on fitness goals with a highly qualified and experienced professional fitness trainer. The community response to this type of personal training experience has been incredible!
Women, men and youth who were uncomfortable in the conglomerate "meet markets" have found their haven in the comfort of 4EverFit Personal Training Studio where everyone working out is under the watchful eye of their trainer and there are no "members" dropping in to use equipment needed by you and your trainer. Whether you choose a totally private workout room or the comfortable semi-private main gym, every client will be at "home" and comfortable in our facility. 4EverFit clients become a member of the "Family" and are welcome to drop in to use the cardio equipment at no extra cost and without an appointment. You won't find lines or limits for the cardio equipment either! Conveniently located in the gateway of Saratoga, 4EverFit is in close proximity to Highway 85 and borders West San Jose, Cupertino and Monte Sereno / Los Gatos. Clients travel from as far as Menlo Park, Los Altos Hills and Morgan Hill to partner with our highly experienced, personable and skilled certified personal trainers in this unique environment. |

We are further committed not to subject our clients to product marketing, such as vitamins or supplements as a means of increasing revenues. Your Program
Your program will include strength training to tone your body and increase metabolism for purposes of weight management, flexibility training to avoid injuries, and core and balance training to ensure the foundation of your body is where your fitness level really begins. You will be advised and guided through the cardiovascular workouts you need to be doing on a regular basis and the trainer will motivate you to stay faithful to your cardio workouts. |

Full Trainer Attention
Tired of programs where being left on a treadmill for half an hour is part of your "personal training?" At 4EverFit Personal Training Studio, your personal trainer's attention will be totally on YOU the entire hour. The trainer will design a program to specifically help you meet your goals, correct any muscle imbalances observed in your posture analysis, take you through any post-rehab exercises, and stay totally focused on spotting you through every exercise. |
