Private Personal Training
One of our nationally certified, experienced and motivating personal trainers will design an exercise and/or nutritional program for you to specifically meet your individual goal. Health history, prior injuries and any limitations are addressed during the program design.
Programs typically include full body strength training to increase metabolism and toning, core stability and balance training, stretching for flexibility and any post-rehab exercises that may be advisable.

Partner Personal Training
Bond with your significant other, daughter, son or friend while you get in shape together under the guidance of a professional fitness trainer! Interactive strength training, core stabilization exercises, and stretching are twice the fun when you share it with someone special.
An individual program will be designed for each participant based on his/her fitness goals, prior injuries and/or health considerations. The personal trainer you and your partner work with will progress each of you at your own pace so that couples with different levels of fitness will be challenged appropriately during their training sessions.

Private Yoga
4EverFit is pleased to offer private and semi-private Yoga. Like personal training, privacy is what sets us apart from yoga "classes". In large group classes, instructors are not able to ensure that every student is within form during their poses.  At 4EverFit, your yoga instructor will have her full attention on you. You will focus on core strength, flexibility and breathing to improve overall fitness levels and well-being. 4EverFit instructors use an eclectic style of yoga so you will enjoy a variety of styles and techniques in your yoga program.

Baby Boomers
The vast majority of adults in middle age find that staying in shape is not as easy as it used to be. Over the years, we often develop a variety of problems such as arthritis, as well as back, neck, knee, hip and foot issues that set us back in our ability to stay fit. As we age, our posture will often slip, we are more prone to injuries and our metabolisms shift into low gear. Baby boomers can greatly benefit from the guidance of a seasoned 4EverFit personal trainer who understands how to approach the fitness goals of an aging population. Around the age of 30, we begin to lose lean mass (muscle) at a rate of about a pound a year. Less muscle equates to lower metabolism, thus resulting in an increase of body fat. Additionally, our bodies become tighter and less flexible. The older client who sets off on a fitness program without the knowledge of program design, corrective exercise and flexibility improvement techniques is setting himself/herself up for injuries. At 4EverFit, one of our highly experienced and skilled trainers will design the program to help you safely achieve your best possible level of fitness. A one-size fits all program is usually not advisable for the boomer generation. You are a unique individual and you need a unique program designed specifically for you and your body.

Your personal trainer at 4EverFit is pleased to offer a safe and effective fitness program for our expectant mothers to ensure they are at their peak level of fitness when it's time to deliver. Strength and flexibility contributes highly to a more positive delivery experience and an easier recovery.

Patients with Chronic Illness
Our nationally certified personal fitness trainers are experienced in helping clients with chronic illnesses such as multiple sclerosis, fybromyalgia, arthritis, lupus, etc. in gaining a stronger, more flexible body. Post-Rehab
4EverFit trainers routinely work with clients who have had prior injuries and pick up where physical therapy leaves off. Once your doctor and physical therapist have completed their work, it is important to continue post-rehab exercises with an experienced personal trainer to continue improvement in the strength and flexibility of the injured joint or limb.
Common injuries involve the shoulders, knees, and lower-back, as well as tendonitis.
