Brenda holds a Personal Trainer Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the Weight Loss Specialist (WLS) certification from NASM and the Lifestyle and Weight Management Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Born and raised in the Santa Clara Valley and an avid nature lover, she enjoys cardiovascular and weight training, bicycling, hiking in the mountains and snow shoeing in the Tahoe forest preserve. Brenda personally achieved a 65-lb. weight loss and has maintained her healthier weight for over 20 years. Her life’s passion now is helping others become fit and healthy as a means of truly living life to its fullest. Brenda’s clients appreciate her compassionate nature and ability to relate to the difficulties associated with weight loss and beginning fitness.
