Philosophy

Like personal training, privacy is what sets us apart from yoga "classes". In large group classes, instructors are not able to ensure that every student is using correct form during their poses. At 4EverFit, your yoga instructor will have her full attention on you. You will focus on core strength, flexibility and breathing to improve overall fitness levels and well-being. 4EverFit instructors use an eclectic style of yoga so you will enjoy a variety of styles and techniques in your yoga program.

Facilities

YogaRoom divisions in our 2,300 square foot facility create privacy for undistracted yoga practice and clients receive full instructor attention for a truly individualized program.


Instructors

Yoga with a partnerThree 4EverFit private yoga instructors are YES-certified and offer private or partner yoga sessions.

The individual's needs are assessed and a program is designed to improve muscular balance, core strength and flexibility, while lowering stress levels. Personal yoga teachers will help clients improve low back issues and other post-rehab discomforts through individualized program design.

Yoga practiced in large groups at clubs and community centers do not allow the teacher enough logistic visibility or time to assist each student adequately. Consequently, injuries and/or lack of improvement will often result in this type of teaching environment. 4EverFit yoga teachers are focused on YOU and what your body needs to improve safely.


Personalized

Due to 4EverFit’s specialization in private personal yoga designed specifically for the individual’s needs, clients in the Saratoga, Campbell, Cupertino, Los Gatos, and Sunnyvale, CA areas are devoted to the program.

However, many residents of San Jose, Los Altos, Mountain View and Santa Clara, CA are also making their way to Saratoga, CA to experience this unique form of personalized yoga at 4EverFit.

Prenatal
& Postpartum

4EverFit is also pleased to offer safe, private Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga to keep expectant mothers fit throughout their pregnancies and improve their birth experience.

Regaining the post-delivery figure is faster and easier when mothers stay strong and flexible throughout the gestation period.



Universal Access

Personal Yoga at 4EverFit is ideal for individuals who have specific concerns such as back problems, joint problems, chronic migraines, or are suffering from chronic illness such as fibromyalgia, Lupus, MS or cancer.

Clients with disabilities also benefit greatly from a personalized yoga practice to bring balance and strength to their bodies.

4EverFit is wheelchair accessible and yoga instructors are patient and caring with every client.

Styles

YogaAll instructors teach eclectic styles of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Melissa and Shohreh also offer unique sessions where a 30-minute traditional fitness training is followed by 30 minutes of yoga. Therapeutic Applications of Yoga and Restorative Yoga are offered by Shohreh and Pragalbha for clients who are especially interested in improving stress levels and peace of mind. Conscious breathing and movement through breath are a focus in these two types of yoga offered at 4EverFit. Clients often find this combination to be "the best of both worlds". Whether a client chooses a full hour of yoga or a combination session, the results are equally remarkable.

Yoga Trainer: Pragalbha

Pragalbha began studying and practicing yoga as a young girl growing up in India and has made this practice a key component of her life throughout adulthood. Registered as RYT with the Yoga Alliance, Pragalbha completed Yoga Teacher Training Level One in 2003 and completed level two advanced teacher training Certificate in Therapeutic Applications of Yoga in 2010. Pragalbha has studied with numerous experts in the field of Hatha yoga by attending workshops and/or teacher’s immersion in different styles of yoga, including Iyengar, Anusara and Vinyasa. Pragalbha teaches an eclectic yoga style with strong emphasis on optimum alignment while building strength and flexibility with detail and hands-on adjustments.

Yoga Trainer: Melissa

A Y.E.S. certified Yoga instructor since 2003, Melissa has been teaching both individualized and group yoga for many years. Her students appreciate her attention to detail in assuring clients use perfect form during their poses. Using an eclectic style of yoga and yin-yoga, Melissa finds her clients are often able to recover from back problems and other prior injuries while vastly improving flexibility and posture. Melissa is also certified by Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AAFA) as a personal fitness trainer and many of her clients enjoy a combination of both yoga mentoring and personal training during their sessions with Melissa.

Yoga Trainer: Shohreh

Shohreh completed the Y.E.S. Yoga Teacher Training and mentorship program to finalize her yoga certification in 2008, and completed level two advanced teacher training Certificate in Therapeutic Applications of Yoga in 2010. Shohreh offers one-on-one or semi-private yoga instruction. She uses an eclectic style of yoga, focusing on breathing and some hands-on instructor adjustments. In addition to yoga mentoring, Shohreh is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Many clients enjoy a combination session of both yoga and personal training with Shohreh.
